My Must Haves…

My Must Haves…

I found a short article pertaining to things you can’t live without or your must-haves. The source being a teen lifestyle magazine, the responses were quite obvious. They couldn’t live without their oil control summer make-up, lemonade, cellphones, headbands, idol posters, wallets full of photos of friends instead of money, etc.

And now, for my own list of must-haves (I just feel like jotting them down):

  • Glasses. I’m nearsighted. I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere without them. How will I see the sighboards on public vehicles while commuting? Plus, I wouldn’t be able to appreciate being in the movie house if the movie is very blurred on my sight.
  • PDA. To easily place in my thoughts, to type documents, to have a lot of ebooks for reading or play games while waiting somewhere, to study my japanese (I have kanji workbook and kanji dictionary in it ^^), to listen to my latest fave music etc. And I could do these anytime, anywhere. The portability of a palm. *twinkling smile*Plus, when the mood strikes, I could check out who in the vicinity has bluetooth just to see who are stupid enough to leave theirs on for easy virus access. I could scare them by just sending any file I have.
  • Cellphone. Who, in the text capital of the world, wouldn’t feel naked without their cellphone with them? I sure feel lost without mine.Of course, I make sure my cellphone always has load, in case of emergencies… like finding a rare pirated DVD of an anime I’ve been looking for years and have to tell my bestfriend about it. (for me, that’s a MUST to share my happiness!)
  • Facial Powder. I don’t wear make-up but I still want to have a flawless looking skin. Every girl would like that. It’s probably the only make-up you’ll find in my bag. My powder has to be either white or natural. ^^

Those listed above are the things that should be near me most of the time.

But there are additional stuff added when I’m going somewhere.

  • Umbrella. I’m a commuter. Rain or shine, I just have to be ready. Because, one, I don’t want to be drenched in rain and two, I don’t want to get sunburned from heat radiation.I may not look vain but I can be conscious sometimes too. ^^

Plus, umbrellas could serve as portable, hard, knobby swords to thwack people with when they annoy you.

  • Wallet. Of course, would I get anywhere without this? It has my money, my ID’s, my ATM and credit cards, and my grocery list.
  • Tissue. Dry and wet tissue. You wouldn’t know when you’ll need them. To wipe sweat from face, clean hands before eating, clean your shoes before entering an office or whatever.

Hmmm. By listing all of my must-haves, I get to see some of personality coming out. I guess, enlisting all of our important stuff would show our disposition, how we view life, how we interact with others, how we prepare ourselves to any situation etc.

Maybe you could also enlist all your must haves and see if your materials help you in dealing with your life.
