My History on Online Income

My History on Online Income

Hello there!

Wow, I miss doing this. It has been a long time before I decided to launch a new site. I’m the type of person who indulges in submerging herself into a chaos of learning to anything she gets interested on. Blogging has provided me an outlet to continously monitor and record learnings and events that that interest me. In this case, as the title of this blog tells, making extra money online is my current interest. As I have read various information on the subject, I want to have a journal of all the information I got to keep as an archive and to serve as an information portal to others.

I’m in my mid-20s and I am living in a 3rd-world country where the way of living scares me to the point of planning on leaving my family and homeland to work abroad. I have not made any definite moves yet to start on the plan as the thought leaving everything behind worries me. My father’s health worries me as he is getting wek from old age. My sister is still studying. The option of leaving still exists in my head and I have this instinct that the option will jump right through my face when the time is right, when everything is at its place I will have no worries based on my decision. So I’m waiting for the right time at the moment and helping my family out at the best as I can. Ah yes, the responsibilities of the eldest child. ^^

Currently, my income is enough to sustain me and my family (I help around house expenses). But I’m wanting so many things and it frustrates me that I don’t get access on them from the limited income I have. I want to have a laptop, I want to start on my personal insurance, I want to go to other countries, I want to own a house, etc. I am after all, a human being. Being one dictates my craving for security and having money provides that.

I’m not saying money can buy everything. But it does make life easier for anyone.

Thus, the need for extra or passive income drives people to find ways to earn more outside their job premises. I, for one, is not driven so much for extra-curricular work after office hours. My current job already takes on more than the usual 8 hours work requirements. Working more after that (plus some home chores afterwards and early next morning) might drive me to my early grave.

My need for extra income motivated me to research on the subject on the internet. I was astounded by the various information (and scams) I found regarding the topic. Regardless as to what positive or negative aspect/s an extra-income-product-or-service-online ensues, what striked me is the flexibility of the internet to provide access to a hidden world of creative possibilities an individual could earn on. I’m not only stating that the internet is an income generator focused on its communication power (between employers and freelancers), global payment solutions (e.g. Paypal, Western Union) or career option for specific professionals (e.g. web designers, online marketers, etc.). Taken on a whole, it’s more than that.

Most people don’t even think it’s possible to earn income online with no capital at all. Some of my friends get surprised I earn a bit from just blogging on my personal blog. They didn’t believe it was possible. Even I didn’t think I would get that far with my personal blog. Up till now, my personal blog gives me a few bucks each month and I still continue updating it regularly. I don’t plan on making it my sole online extra income generator. It’s my personal blog after all, so I have no plans in upgrading it to a business model.

I know a lot of people would think the concept as a scam. I don’t blame them, I’ve been a victim of those and I don’t plan to become a victim again. This is the reason why I made this blog. I want to have a portal wherein I could share information to others as what they can and cannot do online and how to avoid scams. I could give one advise right now… “DO NOT BELIEVE IN EASY MONEY MAKING SCHEMES.” It may work for some but it will not work for everybody. Why? Because the head-honchos of those scams are the only ones easily earning anything. I hope with this blog, I would be able to help others steer away from this pesky money-grabbers. Of course, I would only be able to do that with other people’s inputs, which I would possibly also get from maintaining this blog.

Is my entry getting too long? I’m sorry. I’m just getting to caught up with the subject. I’m going to leave you for now with this simple ebook. Maybe this could aid you in thinking of a way to earn extra income – online or offline.

Oh and by the way, that ebook is a MASTER RESELL ebook. Meaning, you could sell it and retain 100% of the profits. I will not be getting anything from it and yes, I’m giving it away for FREE. It’s no big. Consider it a thank you gift for viewing this first entry. I really appreciate it. ^_^
