UPDATE: The ebook is not currently unavailable for download. If anybody can find another copy of it, please do not hesitate to share. ^^

I got this interesting ebook on having fun with google. I found most of them interesting while some may tend to be quite tedious in methods. Still, I never thought of having this much fun with a search engine. I have to applaud the people who came up with these ideas and I want to share this with everyone on the net.

I already tried some of them. Check out below. ^_^

The act of searching for yourself is also known as “egogoogling.” Here’s a variant of it which can be a fun game. Enter your first name followed by the word “is” into Google, and put the search in quotes.

So I tried searching for my name on Google. Instruction states that you always add ‘is’ after the name (or any other noun) to get the answers. Here’s what came out when I typed Jasmine is:

Jasmine is Animated Character Born: 25 November 1992 Birthplace: The Movies Best Known As:Princess heroine of Disney’s Aladdin Princess.

Princess Jasmine is a fictional character, voiced by Linda Larkin in the Disney film, Aladdin and its two direct-to-video sequels, The Return of Jafar …

Jasmine is a Name. Something deep will really hit me, motivating me to write on the ….

Check out the disappearing Google logo!

It’s not really the Google homepage you and your friend are looking at – it’s a fake page (darkartsmedia.com/Google.html).

Google Rotated (blog.outer-court.com/rotated/) shows you the normal, actual Google (with all of its functionalities)... except that everything’s rotated 180°. Including the Google homepage, the search results, and even the web pages you click on in the results. When people visit Google Rotated they’re usually either trying to adjust their monitor, or bend their neckleftwards.

Mini Google (blog.outer-court.com/mini.html), on the other hand, doesn’t make you bend your neck. Then again, it may make you move your face really, really close to the screen... ‘cause it’s tiny. About the size of your thumbnail. Good luck searching for something with Mini Google, and good luck hitting on a search result page – as a bonus, if you managed to do that the page you clicked on will be mini too!
