I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a Cashier hand this little boy some money back.

The boy couldn’t have been more than 5 or 6 years old.

The Cashier said, “I’m sorry, but you don’t have enough money to buy this doll.”

Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ”Granny, are you sure I don’t have enough money?”

The old lady replied: ”You know that you don’t have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.”

Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look a round. She left quickly.

The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to.

“It’s the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for Christmas.

She was sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her.”

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her after all, and not to worry.

But he replied to me sadly. “No, Santa Claus can’t bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.”

His eyes were so sad while saying this. “My Sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister.”

My heart nearly stopped.

The little boy looked up at me and said: “I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall.”

Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me “I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won’t forget me.”

“I love my mommy and I wish she doesn’t have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.”

Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.

I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. “Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?”

“OK” he said, “I hope I do have enough.” I added some of my money to his with out him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money.

The little boy said: “Thank you God for giving me enough money!”

Then he looked at me and added, “I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give It to my sister. He heard me!”

“I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn’t dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose.”

“My momm y loves white roses.”

A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket.

I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started.

I couldn’t get the little boy out of my mind.

Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl.

The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma.

Was this the family of the little boy?

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.

I couldn’t stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body o f the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.

She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.

I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed for ever.. The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine.

And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.

Now you have 2 choices:

1) Repost this message, or

2) Ignore it as if it never touched your heart.

For those who prefer to think that God is not watching over us…. go ahead and delete this. For the rest of us… pass this on.

The value of a man or woman resides in what he or she gives, not in what they are capable of receiving… repost it as a story that touches your heart.

Had you ever had the time you wanted your own online corner yet you feel limited by the access free servers give you and you don’t have enough means to acquire your own full access control webspace?

I had that moment a long time ago when me and my best friend started scouting for quality web servers at a budget. We ended up purchasing a local server with limited space and bandwidth offer. We had no problems with the space but we didn’t think we would have problems with constant server downtime form our sites. Worse, it was hard to reach our contact person for technical support.

Later on, I had friends telling me that the server we bought had a not-so-good reputation of sorts. If I had the common-sense to do more research at that time and compare other web servers, I might have spared ourselves from the problem. Past is past.

It’s a good thing my best friend meticulously scoured the net for a good server (as I was really busy at that time with work). It is imperative to do your research when looking for your server. Truth be told, almost anyone can purchase a package at minimal costs since servers are sprouting everywhere and their marketing strategies involve selling complete packages at the least possible price.

we have transferred to a better server with fast, quality, technical support and huge space and bandwidth to boot! ^^ We hardly get any problems now.

See? Just a little effort of research is needed to gain the quality cheap web hosting. There are full listings of web hosting available on the net for information. One of these quality web hosting links is http://webhostinggeeks.com/. It compromises of reviews, lists of hosting and development resournces, and they even have their own Best Web Hosting Awards. I have to say, looking at the site right now, I’m seeing a lot of packages providing unlimited space / traffic for as low as $6.95! Imagine that!

Give http://webhostinggeeks.com/ a shot. I bet it will be worth your while.

Today is a special non-working holiday. Much as I want to go to several places to go to and relax in new a different surrounding other than in the house, I’m not inclined too because of this annoying case of coughs and cold.

It kills to cough and its hard to breath.

I’m very thankful though I don’t have a fever. With a lot of H20 and rest, I could probably be in shape for tomorrow’s work bringing in a few sniffles and coughs.

So, to my officemates, brace yourselves. An additional source of viral infection (there are already a few officemates coughing since last week) will come in through our air-conditioned rooms. It’s either that or I don’t get in and most of my work will be piled unto you. Lots of love. LOL.

To spend my afternoon here (as I took the morning sleeping my aches and all), I’m now taking on online simultaneous tasks to minimize the load even if my chest is still hurting a bit from all that coughing. I’m now uploading manga scans I did for Aerandria on our server, checking on my social network accounts, researching on my friend’s dilemma over jpop cheering songs for upcoming school competitions, reading on my various feeds on Google reader, letting Village Sims 2 play on the background (I want to complete that game), and now I have to look over a possible sideline for extra income.

Yes, the Internet definitely has taken over my life. Yet, I don’t have much income to sustain my online shopping sprees (rarely though), my infatuation to get hard to find ebooks, my wants to purchase a software for productivity or knowledge, etc. Even with internet providing me access to get opportunities to earn more online, I can’t seem to find one that would really sustain my passion and wants.

It’ hard to think on what I really want to do online besides blogging and maintaining sites. I want to do something of my own. A website revolutionary or at least of great impact it could equal the likes of probogger.com or maybe even friendster (ok, so that’s extreme, but I can dream can I?)

I have tried making different blogs to test my passion on the subject. But I end up later being in hiatus over them. I can’t maintain them as I should. I can’t find the passion to go on with the subject. I’ve tried a blog relating on alternative medicine, online money opportunities, and a blog relating to lists. But I end up in the dumps to find the urge to continue blogging in them even when I have access.

It is my goal now to really study on what niche I would like to blog about rather than test waters here and there. I believe now I know what I’m NOT supposed to blog about so that is a plus in my upcoming task.

These bottles of label art are slicker and more computer-graphicksy. It gives a rough urban edge to the products for more ‘oomph’ and personality.

Pakika lat na lang. Napakahalaga po ng email na eto. (Please spread this news.)

I don’t believe this story until last week end, when I went home from Pampanga, my mom told me this news. One of our neighbor witnessed the funeral. There is a grade 6 student near our barangay, who was missing for 2 days. There are posters of his picture everywhere… after how many days, the body was found with missing eyes and kidney… a Php20,000 was inserted on his body with a note ‘PAKI LIBING NA LANG…’ (Please bury.)

Hindi lang white van na yan ang gamit nila ngaun me green black at maroon. Me look-out nakamotor pag me nakita bata tinatawag dun sa kasama na nasa Van, take note me kasama na clang doktor na nag-aalis ng organ. Me 1 nakaburol sa AREA-H2 walang mata at Internal Organ with 70,000 na pera. Even yung Elem. This morning in Kawit Cavite 2 bata, nawawla at sa Quezon 3 year old na batang
babae nakita patay walang heart at kidney.

(Not only that, they also use a black and maroon van. A look-out riding a motor calls to the van when spotting a kid with a doctor among them to cut off the organs. They could also get in subdivisions so it’s best to alert your security. Yesterday in our village in Dasmarinas, a lot of our Police and Barangay securities were on Red Alert becauase three children were taken by them. One is already in a wake AREA-H2. The child is missing eyes in internal organs with 70,000 pesos worth of dough. The elementary school near our place was put into temporary suspension because of fear for our children going out. In Manggahan Trece, Cavite, a child was forcibly taken away from a struggling mother, who was then battered and the child taken away. Last week, the child was found dead near the airport. The child was missing an organ and an eye. A sketch of one of the syndicates is already posted at the gate of our subdivision. This morning in Kawit Cavite, two children are missing and at Quezon, a three year old girl is found dead without a kidney and a heart.)
News: World
Kidnapping in Southern Luzon ,
Victim's Internal Organs Missing
by Jean Stuart March 09, 2008

Kidnapping is rampant nowadays. Kidnappers usually asked ransom money from the parents of their victims. But lat ely, I was disturbed of the news about the kidnap victims whose internal organs were missing after they were found.

In Ibaan, Batangas four children were abducted. One of them was found with the pair of eyes missing and with Php 30,000 pesos on his/her mouth. Three were found with missing internal organs. There was also report in Tanauan, Batangas with a missing heart and Php 8,000 pesos on the hole of
the victim's chest. It's really creepy.

Lately, there have been reports that the kidnappings is not only happening in Batangas. There were also similar incidents in Cavite and Laguna. Last Wednesday, March 5, my friend told me that there was a third year high school student (from a school in San Pedro, Laguna) was abducted on her way home. I still haven't heard about what happened to the victim.

I heard that a syndicate is behind this kidnapping and they are selling the organs to the black market. Text messages and email messages has been circulating saying that a white van with p lat e no. VMM 507 is said to be the kidnappers van. In our place the cartographic sketch of the kidnapper and the plate no. of the vehicle used by the kidnapper were posted everywhere.

Residents in our area in Laguna were already afraid. Students going to school were now accompanied by their parents and yayas. It has been reported that the kidnappers where luring children going to and from school. Our school management even released a letter to parents to watch for their children when going to school and while playing.
