Bent? is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine. A traditional bento consists of rice, fish or meat, and one or more pickled or cooked vegetables as a side dish. Containers range from disposable mass produced to hand crafted lacquerware. Although bento are easily available in many places throughout Japan, including convenience stores, bento shops, train stations, and department stores, it is still common for Japanese homemakers to spend considerable time and energy producing an appealing boxed lunch.
Bento can be very elaborately arranged. Contests are often held where homemakers can compete for the most aesthetically pleasing arrangements. The food is decorated to look like people, animals, or characters and items such as flowers and plants. This style of elaborate bento is called kyaraben.
I’ve been a fan of bento cuisine ever since I got hooked over japanese culture. So I really get hyped whenever I see elaborate bento designs done by bento design experts, which I hope I would get an acquaintance one day so he/she could teach me this edible art.

Earlier today, my boyfriend brought Sashimi’s (my pet bunny) male companion Wasabi. Wasabi is a white bunny with brown eyes and they are just adorable together especially when they’re asleep and curled up like buns side by side.
I just had to tell friends of this news since I’m so giddy with the cuteness of these bunnies. Thus, ensued my funny chat with a friend via YM:
ME: hey hey
ME: sashimi has companion now XDDD
Catwin: aww XD
Catwin: did your take piccys?
ME: not yet. my sis took the camera to school so i cant take pics yet. Wasabi is white.
Catwin: Well that’s somewhat ironic.
Catwin: XD If I were to food base my animals and one was white, I’d name it siopao!
ME: well they do look like siopao wen they’re asleep…XDDDD
ME: curled up like a bun XDDD

Catwin: Gah… mental images…
Catwin: so…
Catwin: cute…
Catwin: need.. hug..something…fluffy
ME: i knoooooooooooooooooooooooow XDDDDDD
Catwin: So is one a male and the other a female?
ME: yep yep
Catwin: Ooh. Watch it.
ME: jodie brought the male this morning
Catwin: You might have 6 more bunnies by tomorrow.
ME: but they’re not supposed to mate since they’re still babies… or the female may die, especially since they’re babies 
Catwin: XD oh man. “Now little bunny, no bunny-mating until you’re older.”
ME: LOL

I have been gone for a long time!
So many things has happened but now I’m gaining some discipline on organization and having some routine in my life so I could do things I want despite the limited amount of time.
Now, I will be ordering myself to not forget blogging as my way of life. I blog about anything and everything even if they tend to be senseless but I just like the sound of typing and seeing some order on my texts and visuals. XDDD It’s a shallow perspective but its a part of me. 
This time around, this blog will concentrate on things that mainly amuse me or are products of my imagination and ideas. I have another blog which is more commercial or strict in content in some sense, so this will be quite a shift to that.
Recently, my boyfriend gave me a baby bunny as a gift for Valentines. I named the bunny ‘Sashimi’ (it’s a she). By this Saturday, she will have a companion, and that bunny’s name will be ‘Wasabe’. Yea, I know, I can be such a glutton naming my pets with food names. LOL
I told Licorne , that maybe I could bring Sashimi to their house one day and have my pet play with her pet guinea pigs. Here was how our conversation went via YM:
Licorne:A play-date? What would come out then? Cross breeding?
Me: I said play-date, not mate-date. Sashimi is still a baby, sheeesh!
Licorne: Whatever, it’s still fore-play.
NOTE: The rabbit picture above isn’t my pet but she looks similar. My pet is a bit grey. I haven’t taken any pics of Sashimi yet so I placed this here temporarily since the image reminds me of her. Aaaaaawwww… I miss my pet already.
