Lipo or not lipo?

Me and my sister couldn’t really agree sometimes but one thing made me laugh on the situation is when we were trying to see whether local actress Katrina Halili had liposuction or not. XDDD
Yea, you could say the topic is shallow. We’re girls after all and we can’t help but gossip sometimes on the figures of showbiz personalities.
Katrina Halili started out in the phenomenal StarStruck Search on GMA 7 a few years back. Back then, you could easily see she does have a good body figure. Who would think though that the innocent-like lady from way back would become a known, sexy actress and actually get a standing in FHM magazine.
I wasn’t able to help but wonder, did she had liposuction? It’s a common thing after all, to hear actors having lipo to look good to the public. Hell, if I had the money to spend why not? What makes an issue out of these things, I think, is what actors deny they had lipo. Why would they be ashamed of such if they had the body they want? Isn’t having a better looking body help in gain more confidence than before. It confuses me.
My sister believes Katrina Halili never had liposuction. She said Katrina’s body had been that sexy during her StarStruck days. All I could say is Wow, that is hard to believe. Then again, Katrina is young so I guess it is possible. I am not a pervert or anything but I admit she is really sexy looking. XD
I had read a lot about liposuction but a new term has reached my eyes. I came to this term tumescent liposuction. Browsing through the net, this is what I found.
- Extremely safe with no deaths and far fewer complications than general anesthesia when strict tumescent guidelines are followed. (Fat removal is limited to four liters and the amount of local anesthesia and fluid used are limited).
- Faster healing with decreased bleeding and bruising. Patients are able to return to work in two days.
- Patients are not limited to strict bed rest after surgery, which reduces the risk of clot formation in legs. The doctors encourage patients to take a one to two mile walk the next day and return to work in two days.
- More pure fat removal with less bruising, leading to better results.
- Patient being awake and able to move in certain positions allows surgeon to more efficiently get to fat at correct angles. Additionally, patient movement during surgery reduces the risk of clot formation.
It looks quite promising compared to other liposuction methods don’t you think?
Still, please do research and professional consultations before you avail of this new liposuction method.
