Kitty Rescue

A pleasant event happened early this morning.

For these past few days, during morning chores we have been hearing a little kitten meowing for long minutes from our little garden rock pile at the back of our house. We thought that its probably the kitten calling for its mommy to fetch it from its selected rocky ‘playground’. But as the meowing sounds seems to not move its location for days, I found it really weird and decided to check on it. Then I found out that the meowing sounds came from ‘UNDER’ the rock pile.

I became really scared for the kitten and I have no idea how it got there but I knew I couldn’t let it stay there longer as I’ve been hearing it for days. So I laboriously removed one big rock after another until when I finally removed this one big rock and the kitten wriggled out from its rocky underground cave. Immediately, I scooped up the little one and placed it near its mother, who was standing beside me ever since I’ve started digging out. I inched away a bit to give them privacy. The mother bit on its kitten’s neck, carried it slowly across the garden and made its way to some successive steps over higher places to get to the roof.

It’s a beautiful sight to behold for a mother to be reunited with its kid and I shall never forget it. *heart heart*

A weird dream

I had a very weird dream.

First, I need to give a brief background about the bedroom I share with my sister. One of our bedroom windows is in line with the kitchen dining room windows of our neightbor’s house. Obciously with that scenario, my sister and I close the windows whenever we change clothes to avoid any perverts peeking in.

With that scenario, in my dream I had all bedroom windows closed while changing. Yet I had that distinct feeling somebody was watching me. Feeling peeved, after changing I shoved the window optn to give the pervert neighbor a piece of my mind by shouting all obscenity I could think of.

I didn’t get to do what I wanted because what I saw made my blood turn cold.

A big giant eye was staring back at me. It filled the whole space of the window and it didn’t blink! It was freakishly staring with that big eye.

It was scaaaaaaaaaaary!!! @_@

I woke up and I the dream never left my brain for a second. Now I feel like I’m being watched all the time!

It’s that time of the year again wherein the Japan Foundation showcases selected Japanese movies for public showing to the niche populace, who appreciates Japanese language and culture.

Movies will start to show starting July 2 and will go around the nation through different locations. This film event is part of ‘The Japan Foundation’s Philippines-Japan Friendship Month’ along with other literary and artistic events to commemorate the unique talents between the two nations.
