There’s no place like home… Its full of SHIT

NOTE: If you love your home, don’t read this.

“Home Sweet Home”, as the saying goes.

I beg to differ, it can be a place of absolute hell.

And don’t start giving me that “Family is very important and it makes a house a home” because not everyone is blessed with good enough families to support them through.

And don’t say “God didn’t put you through that without a reason” bullshit because God has nothing to do with this. This is free human will and I just happen to HATE fucked up humans in this society.

And don’t quote “Friends are always there when you need them” advice because, admit it, being in constant presence of a negative person could wear anyone out, EVEN friends. The way my life goes my friends would one day just get tired of my rants. Admit it, its TRUE. Friends with constant problems are a headache and you would do any kind of alibis to get away from them.

And don’t give me that “Think Positive because there’s a way to solve everything” line because life has a fucked up way to screw anything and everything. If every human had been freely thinking positively since way back immemorial, nobody would feel this way.

And don’t give me that “Stop whining and do something about it” shit because I am trying I just have to happen SHIT RESPONSIBILITIES I can’t get away too.

Now, do you dare challenge my way of thinking when I’m telling the truth.

NOT EVERY HOUSE IS A HOME.

So out of bitterness, I’m going to say this, people with happy families, you better stay the way you are, do what you can do to preserve the happiness in your family. Because once you come to the point you want to commit suicide to get away from them… HA!

Obviously, it wouldn’t be pretty.

I don’t get myself too.

I’m having an overload again with my graphics, images, designs.

Must be the fault of deviantart. XD

Yes, ladies and gents. I finally gave in and created an account in deviantart.

My best friend chloebs, invited me way back when deviantart started, but I wasn’t into it as much as I wasn’t much into friendster. XD And another, I wasn’t that comfortable posting my drawings online. I was shy about them.

Hell, now I want to post everything I did, just to see how they look online, Isn’t that a shallow reason! XD Unfortunately, I can’t find hardcopies of my other works. Therefore, I can’t have them scanned and placed here. Too bad.

At least, I could post some of the designs I did online. I could include the shrine designs I did, abstracts, illustrations etc. I was able to maintain some old imagee files of my work. I can now see my deviantart account as a portfolio of sorts.

Also, I get to see a lot of very talented local artists and a lot of material for chibilicious. XD Of course, I only use those with creator permission. :D

So for anyone who wants to add me, my deviant account is:

Real Estate talk.. again

I recently heard our office receptionist talking to her husband on her cellphone about purchasing a piece of land from one of their relatives. She was relaying the conditions of the land owner on purchasing the lot. Despite my lack of knowledge of real estate terms, I couldn’t help but be fascinated with our receptionists plans on having a lot of their own, to one day build a house on it and have a family. I feel happy for her for their plans. They are about to do an action not all one year married couples could do.

As for me, the dream is still a dream. I don’t want to have only one house. I want to have one somewhere in US, one in Japan, and one here in the Philippines. As long as I have my future gardens, I’ll be okay!

Should I start learning real estate stuff? I don’t seem to have the incentive to learn it even the basics. Just as I have no inkling of learning how to sew. LOL

Even if I try to learn real estate from San Diego Real Estate Articlces, my mind completely goes blank. Oh well, might as well not try to push it.

The price of vanity

I suddenly remembered the ff incidents (televised or in print) upon seeing a picture of a relative, who had her eye bags removed to decrease the ‘aging’ look her age brought down upon her.

1) A woman attained a ‘crooked’ nose angle because her nose bumped into something a few days after her nose surgery. Worse news is her nose may not be repaired.

2) A face surgeon wiped acid on a patient’s face due to a hangover.

3) A dentist did not sterelize his equipments and uses it from one patient to another.

4) A doctor left a scalpel or something inside a woman’s body after a surgery. (eeeek!)

The scenarios are scary and they aren’t even the worst ones. I would love to add more into the list but the description may make your stomach upside down and I don’t want you to vomit.

What I’m trying to say is, despite the expensive fees some of known plastic surgeons, dentists, or any other medical personnel in any medical industry, we have to place our money to the best and rid ourselvese of finding the ‘cheapest’ service we could find.

We are talking of our body, our health, our life. We are not talking of a gadget you could bargain for a cheaper price or for an alternative. Medical services is something to seriously consider about, financially or otherwise.

I don’t get it why people really risk so much for a cheaper alternative of a medical service when they know the risks could be worse. I just get scared with the idea. If the ‘cheapest’ fee I could find is still of ‘high’ standards, I would have to place my bet on that, as long as I can trust the standards of the one in charge and of the service.
